How do I keep track of my kid's TeamSnap schedule along with school stuff?
TeamSnap's calendar link covers a team's full schedule of games and events and updates automatically when the schedule changes. Add that link to the calendar you already use. Put the school's dates in that same calendar, and the two show up in one place.
Paste your team's TeamSnap calendar link into Daywell, and the schedule shows up and stays up to date.
What to do
- Get the team's calendar link. On the TeamSnap website, click your roster name below the team name to enter the team site, then the Schedule tab, Settings, Sync Calendar / Export, and copy the calendar link.
- Add the link to the calendar you already use. Copy the link and paste it into your calendar program. If new games show up late, give it a day.
- Quiet TeamSnap's reminder emails once the calendar has them. Setting your personal game and event reminders to Don't Email turns off only those reminder emails; game changes, score updates and emails from team members still reach you.
- Put the school's dates in the same calendar. When a school email has a date, add the date and what to bring to the calendar the day it arrives, like "Ellie: bring a snack Friday".
- Check once a week. Read the week ahead for a clash between a game and a school night, and write the clash down.
How Daywell helps
Daywell is the family prep assistant. Paste a team or school calendar link once, and Daywell keeps those events up to date. Connect Gmail once, read-only. Daywell looks at email and picks out the messages from school, daycare and activities. One list of what's coming up, which child it's for, and what to bring, sign or pay. Invite a partner and you both see the same list. On the iPhone and Android apps, one quiet reminder comes each morning, at a time you pick.

It's in invite-only early access. Join the waitlist on getdaywell.com and we'll send one email when your spot opens. It's free while in early access.
Does Daywell read all of my email?
No. It looks only at who each email is from and its subject, and skips what Gmail files under Promotions, Social and Forums. It opens the ones it judges to be from school, daycare or activities. If it can't tell from the sender and subject, it opens that one too rather than risk missing it. The privacy policy explains what is kept and for how long.
